摘要 高温硫腐蚀是硫磺回收装置常见的腐蚀形式,而高温损伤又在硫磺燃烧炉中较为常见。本文针对某石化公司硫磺回收装置余热锅炉的管束及管板失效原因进行了探讨,通过对损伤母材及管束内腐蚀产物的分析,重点讨论了高温损伤、高温硫腐蚀等因素对余热锅炉固定管板换热器的影响,并从材质选择、焊接工艺、热处理以及工艺操作等方面制定了相应的防范措施。 High temperature sulfur corrosion is a common form of corrosion in sulfur recovery unit, and high temperature damage is more common in sulfur combustion furnace. This paper discusses the failure causes of tube bundle and tube sheet of waste heat boiler in sulfur recovery unit of a petrochemical company,through the analysis of base metal and corrosion products, the effects of high temperature damage and high temperature sulfur corrosion on the fixed tubesheet heat exchanger of waste heat boiler are discussed. The corresponding preventive measures are formulated from the aspects of material selection, welding process, heat treatment and process operation.
