摘要
基于国家能源战略的新要求,创新型人才的新需求,通过对实验教学、课程设计、生产实习、毕业实习以及毕业设计综合改革,同时通过构建多元化的考评机制,对专业实践环节进行持续的改进,培养锻炼学生动手能力、理论结合实际能力、分析解决问题能力,从而大幅度提高了人才培养质量,对同类专业的改革与建设具有示范和借鉴意义。
