应用型大学药物分析课程与实践教学改革研究

Research on the Course Reform and Practical Teaching of Pharmaceutical Analysis in Applied Universities

针对学生药物分析的理论知识基础相对薄弱、而新技术不断涌现、同时教师施教模式单一化和缺乏设计性实验教学、学生考前突击复习等问题,探索药物分析课程的改革与对策,例如优化理论教学内容和增加设计性实验教学,改革教学方法,变更考核方式等方法,并用于我校制药工程、应用化学和生物科学专业学生的药物分析课堂及实验教学。这对提高药物分析课程的教学质量,提高学生的理论和动手操作能力、实际问题解决能力以及职业适应能力有重要意义。

Aiming at the problems of students’ weak theoretical knowledge base, continuous emergence of new technologies, simplification of teaching mode,not adequately prepared review before exams and lack of designed experimental teaching, explored pharmaceutical analysis curriculum reforms and countermeasures,such as optimizing teaching content, reforming teaching methods, and changing assessments methods and others, and used them in the classroom teaching of pharmaceutical engineering, applied chemistry and biological sciences students in our school. This was great significance for improving the teaching quality of pharmaceutical analysis course, improving students’ hands-on operation ability, practical knowledge application ability and professional adaptability.
