电子扭矩管理器(Electric Torque Manager, ETM)是由上海纳铁福传动系统有限公司近几年推出来的一款新产品,它的应用提供了一种新的四驱系统扭矩分配与解决方案。ETM总成装配过程中,下线测试是评价ETM总成性能好坏的一个重要方式。结合企业实际项目需求,围绕ETM总成的性能进行研究,开发了一套ETM总成下线检测设备。

The Electronic Torque Manager(ETM), a new product launched by Shanghai GKN HUAYU Driveline Systems Co., Ltd. in recent years, provides a new solution to driveline torque distribution with adaptive control strategies.In the process of the ETM assembly, the end-off-line test is an important solution to evaluate the performance of the ETM assembly. According to the actual requirements of our company′s project, the performance of ETM assembly was studied, and a set of end-of-line testing equipment for the ETM assembly was developed.
