数字技术驱动集团财务共享中心的转型升级——基于淮北矿业集团的管理实践

近二十年来,财务共享中心在我国企业得到了迅速发展,在企业集团财务管理中的地位日益突出。在当今大智移云物浪潮中,财务共享中心需要实施数字化的转型升级。淮北矿业集团近两年着力集团财务共享中心的数字化升级,运用数字技术实施业财资税一体化和财务管理数字化建设,在财务管控统一规范、数据互联互通共享、价值创造集成高效、数据赋能战略发展等内容上,用数字技术赋能企业财务管理转型,创新驱动企业经济高质量发展。

In the past two decades,the Financial Sharing Center has developed rapidly in China’s enterprises and plays an increasingly prominent role in the financial management of enterprise groups.In today’s wave of Dazhiyyiyun,the Financial Sharing Center needs to implement digital transformation and upgrading.In the past two years,Huaibei Mining Group has focused on the digital upgrading of the group’s Financial Sharing Center,implemented the integration of industry,finance and taxation and the digital construction of financial management by using digital technology,and enabled the transformation of enterprise financial management with digital technology in terms of unified and standardized financial control,data interconnection and sharing,efficient integration of value creation,data enabling strategy development,etc,which drives the high-quality development of enterprise economy.
