摘要
配合比设计是混凝土生产的关键技术。现有的设计方法以统计获得的线性模拟为基础来确定配合比参数。配合比设计是确保拌合物阶段各种颗粒与水的填充满足工作性能需要,胶凝材料水化发展趋势及硬化后水化产物对原充水空间填充效果满足力学和耐久性能需要的一种预测,有明确的物理意义。只有深入探究原理,量化参数关系,方可使配合比获得令人满意的效果。
Mix design is the key technology of concrete science.The existing design methods are based on linear simulation obtained by statistics to determine the mix design parameters.Mix design is a prediction to ensure that the filling of various particles and water in the mixing stage can meet the needs of working performance,the development trend of hydration of cementified materials and the filling effect of hardened hydration products on the original water-filled space can meet the needs of mechanics and durability,and has clear physical significance.Only by deeply exploring the principle and quantifying the relationship of parameters can the mix ratio get satisfactory results.
