皖中地区高校建筑节能设计研究

摘要 建筑正朝低能耗、近零能耗、绿建方向发展。城市建设不断发展,同时带来了建筑能耗的大幅增加,尤其在使用过程中。文中以夏热冬冷的合肥职业技术学院新校区的主教学楼为研究对象,利用Autodesk Ecotect Analysis软件建模并进行节能模拟计算,对建筑层高、建筑外墙结构及材料选取、建筑形体系数进行控制变量研究,分析得到了各因素的作用规律,并提出了适合于该地区高校教学建筑节能设计的优化方案。 Buildings are developing towards the direction of low energy consumption,near zero energy consumption and green construction.With the continuous development of urban construction in China,the building energy consumption has increased greatly,especially in the process of use.This paper takes the main teaching building of the new campus of Hefei Vocational And Technical College,located in the Xinstation district of Hefei in hot summer and cold winter area as the research object.Use Autodesk Ecotect Analysis software for modeling and energy saving simulation calculation,study the control variables of building storey height,building exterior wall structure and material selection,and building form coefficient.The function rules of each factor are analyzed and the optimization scheme suitable for energy-saving design of teaching buildings in this area is put forward.
