装配式混凝土预制构件生产成本偏高原因分析及应对措施

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of High Production Cost of Prefabricated Concrete Components

装配式建筑的发展虽受国家大力支持,但装配式混凝土建筑由于其预制构件生产成本偏高,导致其整体造价高于传统现浇式建筑,阻碍了其推广应用。文中分析了装配式混凝土预制构件生产成本偏高的原因,并提出了针对性的措施以降低其成本。

Although the development of prefabricated buildings is strongly supported by the state,the overall cost of prefabricated concrete buildings is higher than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings due to the high production cost of prefabricated components,which hinders its popularization and application.This paper analyzes the reasons for the high production cost of prefabricated concrete components,and puts forward targeted measures to reduce its cost.
