孕期维生素D缺乏与母儿糖代谢及性腺发育的研究进展

Progress in study on relationship of maternal vitamin D deficiency during pregnancy with maternal and fetal glucose metabolism and fetal gonadal development:a critical review

维生素D缺乏与母亲及儿童的关系已备受关注,许多国家及地区人群尤其在孕妇中,维生素D缺乏的发生率较高。孕妇是胎儿维生素D的唯一来源,孕期补充维生素D对降低母儿不良并发症的风险有改善作用。孕期维生素D缺乏与妊娠期糖尿病、新生儿低血糖等糖代谢异常相关,并对后代的性腺功能产生影响。该文从孕期维生素D缺乏导致母儿糖代谢异常及对后代性腺发育的影响加以总结,以提高对孕期补充维生素D的认识。

In populations of many countries and regions,especially in pregnant women,prevalence of vitamin D deficiency is high.And relationship between maternal vitamin D deficiency during pregnancy and maternal and fetal metabolism has been concerned widely.Pregnant woman is only source of vitamin D for the fetus.A large number of studies have shown that vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy can reduce risks of maternal and infantile complications.Maternal vitamin D deficiency during pregnancy is associated with abnormal glucose metabolism such as gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),neonatal hypoglycemia,and also affects gonadal function of the offspring.This article summarized impacts of vitamin D deficiency in pregnancy on maternal and fetal glucose metabolism and fetal gonadal development in order to promote establishment of standard of vitamin D supplement in pregnancy for the pregnant women.
