摘要
减速器作为机械传动的主要部件,其设计与制造过程一直是研究的热点。借助虚拟现实技术开发了减速器设计及展示系统,利用Unity3D引擎进行系统整体功能开发,实现了虚拟现实系统与三维建模软件间的数据传递和自动更新,基于PiXYZ软件优化了虚拟减速器的模型网格,并提出了虚拟减速器模型的干涉检查方法,阐述了基于虚拟现实的三维标注实现流程,提出了一种现实环境与虚拟环境叠加的增强现实展示方法。实践证明,融入虚拟现实技术的设计系统可大大缩减设计周期,具有很强的应用性和推广性。
As the main part of mechanical transmission,the design and manufacturing process of reducer has always been a research hotspot.With the help of virtual reality technology,reducer design and display system is developed,Unity3D engine is used to develop the overall function of the system,and data transfer and automatic update between virtual reality system and 3D modeling software are realized,the model grid of virtual reducer is optimized based on PiXYZ software,and the interference checking method of virtual reducer model is also proposed.What is more,the realization process of 3D annotation based on virtual reality is described,finally,an augmented reality display method based on the superposition of real environment and virtual environment is proposed.Practice has proved that the design system integrated with virtual reality technology can greatly reduce the design cycle,and has strong applicability and popularization.
