一种弱刚度件加固装夹技术研究

摘要 介绍了一种弱刚度细长梁零件的加固装夹技术。首先,通过切削加工试验获取各向切削力;其次,以切削力作为输入,采用有限元仿真分析方法得到零件的变形情况,从而获得零件的加固点数量及位置;最后,设计了一种专用工装,利用石蜡及结构胶进行加固装夹,提高了零件刚度,减小了加工过程中的变形量。试验结果表明,加固装夹时零件变形量小于0.008 mm,加固后零件水平方向刚度为8.30 kN/mm,是加固前刚度的3.8倍,竖直方向刚度为25.00 kN/mm,是加固前刚度的44.6倍,零件加工后满足设计要求。 A reinforce fixture technology for thin beam with weak stiffness was introduced.Firstly,the cutting forces in all directions were obtained through cutting experiment.Secondly,the deformation of the workpiece was studied under static cutting force by using the finite element simulation analysis method,so as to obtain the quantity and position for reinforce.Finally,a special fixture was designed,which used paraffin wax and structural glue to strengthen the workpiece,improving the stiffness of the workpiece and reducing the deformation during processing.The experiment results show that the clamping deformation of the workpiece is less than 0.008 mm,and the horizontal stiffness is 8.30 kN/mm,which is 3.8 times of that before reinforcement,the vertical stiffness is 25.00 kN/mm,which is 44.6 times of that before reinforcement,and the parts meet the design requirements after processing.
