超硬磨料砂轮修整及点轮修整技术 被引量:2

摘要 与普通磨料砂轮相比,采用金刚石车削法修整超硬磨料砂轮,修整力大、工具磨损快、修整时间长、效率低、精度低及质量差,致使超硬磨料砂轮的优异性能得不到充分发挥,砂轮修整已经成为制约超硬磨料砂轮工程应用的主要瓶颈。在超硬磨料砂轮修整研究方面,科研成果众多,技术各有特点,然而工程应用有限。点轮修整是集金刚石车削修整、金刚石滚轮磨削修整两种方法之优点的一种新的砂轮修整技术,修整轮宽度窄且恒定,提高了砂轮修整精度、稳定了砂轮修整质量;并且,点轮修整效率高,修整轮耐磨性好、使用寿命长,柔性好易于控制、工程使用方便且成本低,值得大范围推广。 Compared with ordinary abrasive grinding wheel,diamond turning method is used to dressing superhard abrasive grinding wheel,the shortcoming of big trimming force,quicle tool wear,long finishing time,low efficiency,low accuracy and poor quality make the excellent properties of superhard abrasive grinding wheel could not give full play to the grinding wheel dressing,which becoms a main bottleneck restricting superhard abrasive grinding wheel of engineering application.In the research of grinding wheel dressing of super hard abrasive,there are many scientific achievements and technologies,but the engineering application is limited.Point wheel dressing is a new grinding wheel dressing technology combining the advantages of diamond turning dressing and diamond wheel grinding dressing.The width of the dressing wheel is narrow and constant,which improves the dressing precision and the dressing quality of the wheel.Moreover,the high efficiency,good dressing wheel wear resistance,long service life,flexible and easy to control,convenient project use and low cost of point wheel dressing make it worthy of wide range of promotion.
