摘要
21世纪以来,我国职业教育获得了飞速的发展,相关研究硕果累累。在职教师资研究方面,通过对"中国知网"职教师资研究成果共2211篇核心期刊论文进行分析,了解我国职教师资研究的基本情况,把握职教师资研究发展动向,探索职教师资研究的初起、持续、拓展与深化过程,揭示我国职教师资研究在研究视角、政策指引、文化技术方面产生的逻辑变革,并进一步提出职教师资研究需要从理论深化、内容深化、多视角研究方面加强研究的建议。
Since the 21 st century,China’s vocational education has achieved rapid development,producing abundant related studies.In the previous studies of vocational teachers’qualifications in CNKI,2211 core journal articles were obtained.Through the analysis of these articles,the author understands the status quo of research on vocational teachers’qualification in China,grasps the development trend,explores the initial,continuous,expansion and deepening process of the research,and reveals the change logic in research perspective,policy guidelines and cultural technology in the research,and further puts forward suggestions that the research on vocational teachers’qualifications need to be deepened in terms of theory,content and multi perspectives.
