摘要
美国食品科学技术学会(Institute of Food Technologists,IFT)作为国际食品科技界极具权威性和影响力的学术组织,开创了食品科学专业认证以及相关培养标准——IFT国际认证,其标准每十年修订一次。2019年该认证标准再次修订,为食品专业教育改革提供了宝贵意见。基于2019年新修订的IFT国际认证体系,从培养方案、结果评估、师资队伍和教学设施等方面对食品科学本科专业的教学改革进行探讨,为培养全面掌握食品科学专业知识、具有全球竞争力的高素质创新人才和领导者提供新思路。
Institute of Food Technologists(IFT)is the most authoritative and influential academic organization in the international food science and technology community.It has created the professional certification of food science and related training standards,named as IFT International Certification and its standards are revised every ten years.In2019,the certification standards were revised again,providing valuable advice for the reform of food professional education.Based on the newly revised IFT international certification system in 2019,this article discusses the teaching reform of the undergraduate major of food science from the aspects of undergraduate program plan,result evaluation,faculty and teaching facilities,which provides new ideas for cultivating high-quality innovative talents and leaders with comprehensive knowledge of food science and global competitiveness.
