基于关联图和层次分析法的智能电能表检定时间长问题分析与应用

摘要 基于关联图和层次分析法的特点,分析供电公司智能电能表检定过程时间长问题。利用关联图定性分析检定时间长的各项原因之间的关系,并采用层次分析法定量计算各原因对问题的影响程度。最后通过某电力公司的实际案例,证明提出的分析方法满足要求,同时根据分析出的问题研制了一种装置。 Based on the characteristics of correlation graph and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper analyzes the problem of long verification time of smart watt hour meter in power supply company.The relationship between the causes of long verification time is analyzed qualitatively by using the correlation diagram,and the influence degree of each cause on the problem is calculated quantitatively by using the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,a practical case of a power company in Zhejiang province proves that the proposed analysis method meets the requirements,and a device is developed according to the problems.
