Influence of Basic Cognition and Operation Abilities on Performance and Human Error in Manipulator Fine Docking

摘要 针对认知及操作能力与机械臂精细对接任务绩效、人误的关系尚不明确的问题,通过实验研究了基本认知与操作能力对机械臂精细对接任务绩效及人误的影响。20名志愿者完成了基本认知及操作能力与机械臂精细对接实验,对志愿者基本认知及操作能力与机械臂精细对接任务绩效及人误指标进行了相关分析。研究结果表明:机械臂精细对接任务前期阶段绩效主要与方向知觉及双手协调控制能力相关;精细操作阶段绩效主要与距离知觉、方向知觉、速度知觉、持续注意、注意分配、心理旋转、空间记忆、视角转换、视觉追踪、定向控制、定点控制、速度控制、综合控制等能力及手柄操作准确性相关。方向知觉、心理旋转、空间记忆、定向控制、速度控制、综合控制、双手协调控制能力等能力在机械臂精细对接任务中发挥着重要作用。 The impact of cognition and operation abilities on the performance of manipulator fine docking(MFD)was still not clear.To solve this problem,the influence of the basic cognition and operation abilities on the performance and human error of MFD tasks was explored.Twenty subjects were selected to participate in the experiment of basic cognition and operation abilities and the MFD tasks.The correlation between the performance of the subjects in the basic cognition and operation abilities test and their performance in the MFD tasks was evaluated.The results showed that subjects'performance in the tests of direction perception and hand coordination were significantly correlated with the subjects'performance in the early stage of the MFD tasks.The subjects'performances in the tests of distance perception,speed perception,direction perception,sustained attention,attention distribution,mental rotation,spatial memory,spatial perspective taking,visual tracking,orientation control,fixed-point control,speed control,integrated control,and operation accuracy were significantly correlated with the subjects'performance in the final fine operation stage of the MFD tasks.The basic cognition and operation abilities such as direction perception,mental rotation,spatial memory,orientation control,speed control,integrated control,and hand coordination and so on played an important role in the MFD tasks.
