摘要
针对某微小卫星由于细长构型造成的x向基频偏低的问题,经过4种方案对比,采用对底板进行X型内埋梁加强,对侧板连接环节进行加强设计的方法,有效提升整星刚度,增强了传力路径的连续性。分析结果表明:加强设计后,重量仅增加11.73%,卫星x向基频由26.3 Hz提升到33.1 Hz,提高25.86%。试验验证了设计的有效性,X型内埋梁加强设计可作为优化微小卫星结构传力路径的优选方法。
To solve the problem of lower x-direction fundamental frequency caused by slender configuration of a minisatellite,four schemes were compared and the method of strengthening the design of X type embedded beam on the bottom plate and strengthening the design of the connection links on the side plate was adopted to effectively enhance the stiffness of the whole satellite as well as the continuity of the load transmission path.The analysis showed that the weight of the strengthened design increased by only 11.73%,and the x-direction fundamental frequency of the minisatellite increased by 25.86% from 26.3 Hz to 33.1 Hz.The experimental results verified the effectiveness of the design.The strengthened design of X type embedded beam could be used as an optimal method to optimize the load transmission path in minisatellite structure.
