文化绘图技术工具研究进展与应用借鉴

Research Progress and Application Reference of Cultural Drawing Technical Tools

文化可促进市民文化认同、地方依恋与环境营造,在城市可持续发展中的重要作用日益突显。存量时代下,我国城市治理将更加注重精细化,而目前还存在文化资源识别和管理工具不足的问题。该文梳理文化绘图技术工具的发展现状,分析了文化绘图作为文化资源管理工具的内容构成、实施过程、维护要求等,同时讨论了文化绘图工具的借鉴与推广意义,包括以新技术手段延续城市社区志,以文化资源审计推动城市可持续更新,作为我国精细化城市治理的重要手段等。该文提出多元主体参与、分级平台联动、多源数据整合,以及线上线下互动、多样功能融合、创新使用场景等文化绘图实现路径,可为相关研究提供参考。

Culture can facilitate citizens’cultural identity,local attachment and environment creation,and it’s playing an increasingly important role in sustainable urban development.In the building stock era,urban governance focuses more on refinement,but now available tools for cultural resources identification and management are still insufficient.This paper laid out the development status of cultural drawing technical tools,analyzed their characteristics like the content composition,implementation process,and maintenance requirements as a cultural resource management tool,discussed the reference and promotion significance of cultural drawing tools,such as to continue urban community records as a new technique,to promote sustainable urban renewal as a cultural resource audit,to serve as an important tool for refined urban management in China,and so forth.This paper proposed implementation paths of cultural drawing,including multi-subject participation,hierarchical platform linkage,multi-source data integration,online and offline interaction,multi-functions integration,innovative use scenarios and so on,which can provide references for related research.
