摘要
在工程建设中进行全过程质量管理是现代建筑工业的基本特征。为了适应现代建筑的规模大、复杂性高、建设难度大等特点,保障工程质量,需利用BIM技术的模拟性、可视化和协同性特征,在建筑施工各阶段实现信息化管理。该文分析了工程建设全过程质量管理的主要特征,提出了在建设工程各阶段,包括施工准备、施工中和工程后期,以及材料管理、进度管理等各方面的施工质量管理工作中应用BIM技术的具体措施,可为建筑工业信息化过程中的施工质量管理现代化问题提供参考。
The whole process quality management in a construction is the basic feature of the modern construction industry.To adapt to the characteristics of construction nowadays,such as large scale,high complexity,and numerous difficulties while ensuring the construction quality,it is necessary to realize information management in all stages of construction with the BIM technology for simulation,visualization and coordination.This paper analyzed in detail the main features of quality management in the whole process of construction,proposing concrete measures to apply BIM technology in construction quality management in all stages of construction,including the pre-construction stage,the under-construction stage and the post-construction stage,as well as aspects like material management and progress management.This study provided a reference for the modernization of construction quality management in the informatization process of the construction industry.
