十字万向接轴剩余疲劳寿命有限元预测 被引量:2

摘要 为研究轧机上十字万向接轴的使用寿命,通过有限元方法和编写程序来共同计算接轴中最容易失效的十字轴的剩余疲劳寿命。利用有限元软件对十字轴进行强度分析,在多刚体系统动力学理论的基础上引入柔性体十字轴,对接轴的虚拟样机进行刚柔耦合分析,可得到十字轴的载荷谱,并对十字轴进行疲劳分析;在线性累积损伤理论的基础上编写计算十字轴剩余疲劳寿命的程序。有限元计算结果和程序计算出的结果在误差范围内,该程序也可作为联轴器剩余疲劳寿命预测的一种手段。 In order to study the service life of the cross universal joint shaft on rolling mill,the residual fatigue life of the cross shaft which is most likely to fail in the joint shaft is calculated by the finite element method and programming.The strength of the cross shaft was analyzed by using the finite element software,and the flexible cross shaft was introduced based on the theory of multi-rigid body system dynamics.The rigid-flexible coupling analysis was carried out on the virtual prototype of the docking shaft,and the load spectrum of the cross shaft was obtained,and the fatigue analysis of the cross shaft was carried out.A program for calculating the residual fatigue life of the cross shaft is written on the basis of the linear cumulative damage theory.The finite element calculation results and the results calculated by the program are within the error range.The program can also be used as a means to predict the residual fatigue life of the coupling.
