氧压釜搅拌设备智能监测设计

摘要 氧压釜是工业上湿法冶炼的常见反应釜设备,氧压釜及其附属搅拌设备在运行过程中可能出现振动、温度异常现象,造成设备非正常停机,甚至出现更为严重的设备事故。为及时掌握设备运行的动态曲线,消除设备的各类安全隐患,建立一套基于温度与振动的RIM三维模型状态监测系统,帮助系统操作人员及时发现氧压釜及其搅拌故障的早期征兆,精准定位故障位置,保障设备稳定运行。 Oxygen autoclave is a common reactor equipment in hydrometallurgy industry.In view of the abnormal vibration and temperature of oxygen autoclave and its auxiliary stirring equipment in the process of operation,resulting in abnormal shutdown of the equipment,and even more serious equipment accidents.In order to grasp the dynamic curve of the equipment operation in time and eliminate all kinds of potential safety hazards of the equipment,a set of rim three-dimensional model condition monitoring system based on temperature and vibration is built,which can help the system operators find the early symptoms of the oxygen autoclave and its mixing fault in time,accurately locate the fault location,and ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
