摘要
对Al脱氧钢铸坯中的夹杂物进行了系统的分析。分别选择了水电解液和非水电解液进行夹杂物电解实验,并确定相应电解工艺。对S23钢铸坯夹杂物电解后产物进行分离方法研究,选择合适的分离方法。利用扫描电镜和XRD等设备对所提取的Al脱氧钢铸坯夹杂物进行定性定量分析,获取夹杂物类型、成分、形状、尺寸、数量分布信息。
The inclusions in Al deoxidized steel billet were systematically analyzed.Aqueous electrolyte and non-aqueous electrolyte were selected for inclusion electrolysis experiment,and the corresponding electrolysis process was determined.The separation method of electrolytic products of inclusions in S23 steel billet was studied,and the appropriate separation method was selected.The inclusions extracted from Al deoxidized steel billet were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by scanning electron microscope and XRD,and the information of inclusion type,composition,shape,size and quantity distribution were obtained.
