摘要
针对露天矿山粗碎运输系统扩能技术改造的需要,对粗碎站的场址、粗碎站的形式及破碎机选型进行了多方案比选,最终确定了粗碎站扩能技术改造方案。同时对带式输送机运输系统进行了优化改造,参照设备实际运行数据,对带式输送机的系统能力和输送带断面利用率进行了核算,并对技改存在问题采取了进一步改进措施。系统改造后提高了产能,产生了较好的经济效益,可为类似矿山扩产改造提供借鉴。
In response to the need for the technical innovation of the primary crushing delivery system in the open-pit mine,the schemes involving the site and the form of the primary crushing station as well as the model of the crusher were compared,and the final technical innovation scheme for capacity expansion of the primary crushing station was determined.In addition,the delivery system of the belt conveyor was optimized.According to actual operation data,the system capacity of the belt conveyor and the utilization ratio of the belt cross-section were checked,and further improvement measures were taken in light of existing problems during technical innovation.After innovation,the system improved in production capacity and produced excellent economic efficiency,which could offer reference for innovation in similar mines.
