摘要
碳纤维复合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic/Polymer,简称CFRP)零件在航空航天领域的广泛应用促生了大量装配孔钻制工作。针对CFRP常规钻孔出现的分层、劈裂、毛刺等缺陷问题,本文从超声频率、转速和进给速度三个维度入手开展了超声振动辅助钻孔工艺参数试验,对孔径大小、出入口形貌和孔壁形貌三个质量指标进行分析评价。结果表明,在超声振动辅助下钻Φ6mm孔时,超声频率26.4KHz,刀具悬长40mm,转速3000~3500r/min,进给速度20~30mm/min下钻孔时,可满足孔精度要求,同时可获得较好的钻孔质量。
Carbonfiber reinforced plastic/polymer parts are widely used in the aerospace field,therefore a lot of work for drilling is existed.In order to find the solution for disfigurements in drilling such as delamination,avulsion and burrs,experiments on technological parameters in ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling were carried out from the ultrasonic frequency,the tool rotating speed and feed speed.Precision of aperture,morphology of aperture entry and exit,morphology of aperture surface were analysed.The experiment results show that when CFRP plate were drilled like 6mm diameter in ultrasonic vibration assisted with ultrasonic frequency 26.4KHz,tool length 40mm,rotating speed 3000〜3500r/min,feed speed 20〜30mm/min,precision of aperture was satisfied and a good quality was obtained.
