摘要
研究了浮石粉、粉煤灰、矿粉对新拌混凝土坍落度、1h坍落度以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:三种矿物掺合料中由于浮石粉具有较高的比表面积和孔隙率,在达到相同坍落度时所需的减水剂用量最大,这也是导致掺入浮石粉后混凝土1h坍落度最大的主要原因;减水剂是影响混凝土1h坍落度的最主要因素,对于浮石粉、矿粉、粉煤灰引起的混凝土工作性劣化的现象,可以通过适当提高减水剂掺量来改善;浮石粉和粉煤灰的掺入会降低混凝土的抗压强度,矿粉在适宜的掺量下可以提高混凝土的抗压强度。
The effects of pumice powder,fly ash and mineral powder on the slump,1h slump and mechanical properties of fresh con⁃crete are studied.The maximum amount of water-reducing agent required to achieve the same slump is the main reason for the largest 1h slump of concrete after adding pumice powder;water-reducing agent is the most important factor affecting the 1h slump of con⁃crete,The deterioration of concrete workability caused by pumice powder,mineral powder,and fly ash can be improved by appropri⁃ately increasing the amount of water reducing agent;the addition of pumice powder and fly ash will reduce the compressive strength of concrete,and mineral powder The compressive strength of concrete can be improved in appropriate dosage.
