摘要
通过对砂加气混凝土板材的干密度、导热系数、干燥收缩、抗压强度性能进行试验研究,结果表明:砂加气混凝土板材干密度越小,孔隙率越大,导热系数越小,制品保温性能越好。气孔过小或小气孔数量过多,都会使气孔的收缩率增大。当体积密度降低时,孔隙率增加,则强度降低。
Through the experimental research on the dry density,thermal conductivity,drying shrinkage and compressive strength of sand aerated concrete sheet,the results show that the smaller the dry density of sand aerated concrete sheet,the greater the porosity,the smaller the thermal conductivity,and the better the thermal insulation of the product.If the pores are too small or the number of small pores is too large,the shrinkage rate of the pores will increase.When the bulk density decreases,the porosity increases and the strength decreases.
