摘要
为了解邯郸地区牛球虫感染情况及种类,研究分别在2019年冬季和2020年春季检测邯郸地区某牛场采集的300份粪便样品,对球虫卵囊进行计数、培养与虫种鉴定,计算其感染率和感染强度等指标。结果显示,冬春两季奶牛的球虫总感染率分别为13.33%和16.00%,肉牛的球虫总感染率分别为12.00%和14.00%;在所有年龄段中,2~6月龄阶段的牛感染率最高,3岁以上的牛感染率最低;春季的球虫感染强度高于冬季;牛艾美耳球虫为该场的优势虫种。研究表明,该牛场春季球虫发病率较高,奶牛较肉牛感染率较高,2~6月龄阶段的牛最易感。
In order to understand the situation and types of bovine Coccidia infection in Handan area, the experiment detected 300 fecal samples collected from a cattle farm in Handan area in the winter of 2019 and spring of 2020. The experiment counted, cultured and identified species of Coccidia oocysts, and calculated indicators such as infection rate and infection intensity. The results showed that the total Coccidia infection rates of dairy cows in winter and spring were13.33% and 16.00%, and the total Coccidia infection rates of beef cattle were 12.00% and 14.00%,respectively. Among all age groups, cattle at the age of 2~6 months have the highest infection rate, and cattle over three years old have the lowest infection rate. The infection intensity of Coccidia in spring is higher than that in winter. Eimeria bovis is the dominant species in the farm. The study indicates that the incidence of coccidiosis in cattle farms is higher in spring, and the infection rate of dairy cows is higher than that of beef cattle. Cows at the age of two to six months are most susceptible.
