西宁地区冠心病患者虚弱状态相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors for Frailty in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Xining Area

目的:对西宁地区冠心病(CHD)患者虚弱状态相关因素进行分析。方法:收集2018年1月—2019年1月我院诊治的162例冠心病患者临床资料,采用Edmonton虚弱量表进行虚弱状态评估,根据虚弱状态划分为无虚弱组、表现虚弱组、轻度虚弱组、中度虚弱组和重度虚弱组,分析各组患者的基础资料、合并症及血脂水平,并对冠心病患者虚弱状态相关因素进行分析。结果:根据Edmonton虚弱量表评估,不同虚弱状态CHD患者在性别分布上无统计学差异(P>0.05),在年龄、高血压、糖尿病、慢性心力衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、恶性肿瘤、消化道出血和贫血等合并症方面存在统计学差异(P<0.05),不同虚弱状态CHD患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CHD患者的虚弱状态受年龄、合并症、血脂水平影响。冠心病患者虚弱状态分析对其后续临床治疗和评估预后具有重要的实践意义。

Objective:This study is aimed to analyze the related factors of frailty in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:162 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in The First People’s Hospital of Xining from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected.Their age,complications and blood lipid were evaluated respectively,and their weakness was evaluated with Edmonton weakness scale.According to the frailty state,they were divided into no frailty group,performance frailty group,mild frailty group,moderate frailty group and severe frailty group.The basic data,complications and blood lipid level of patients in each group were analyzed,and the related factors of patients with coronary heart disease in frailty state were analyzed.Results:According to Edmonton weakness scale,there was no significant difference in gender between the CHD patients with different weakness(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in age,hypertension,diabetes,chronic heart failure,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,malignant tumor,gastrointestinal bleeding and anemia.TC,TG,LDL and HDL were significantly different in CHD patients with different weakness status(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The frailty of CHD patients is affected by age,complications and blood lipid level.The analysis of frailty of coronary heart disease has important practical significance for its follow-up early clinical evaluation and prognosis.
