摘要
对"育人"的关注是新时代教育回视教育本真的体现,剖析探赜教师育人能力是落实国家育人目标的需要。基于文本编码分析及德尔菲专家咨询等研究,发现教师育人能力是由四维能力要素组构成的能力集群:"基础性育人能力"是教师开展育人活动的一般性能力;"情境性育人能力"指向教师在育人情境中的智慧行动力;"示范性育人能力"属教师遵循职业规范身教育人的能力表现;"激励性育人能力"是教师遵循主体间关系规律,激发学生自主能动发展的能力构成。四维育人能力在育人活动中以综合样态产生、发展并协同发挥作用。
The attention to educating people is the reflection of returning to the essence of education in the new era. It is necessary to analyze and explore teachers’ competence of educating people in order to implement the national educational goal. Based on the research of text coding analysis and Delphi expert consultation,it has been found that teachers’ competence of educating people is an ability cluster composed of four-dimension ability elements. In it,basic competence of educating people is the general one for teachers to start educational activities;situational one refers to teachers’ intelligent action power in the educational context;demonstrative one is the teacher’s ability to educate people in accordance with professional norms;incentive one consists of the teacher’s ability to follow the laws of inter-subjective relations and to stimulate students’ autonomous and dynamic development. The four-dimension competences of educating people are produced,developed and coordinated in educational activities.
