人本主义护理模式应用于前列腺增生患者电切术后的临床效果

Clinical effect of humanistic nursing model applied to patients with hyperplasia of prostate after electroresection

目的研究人本主义在前列腺增生(BPH)患者电切术术后护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2017年1月至2018年12月间收治的120例行电切术治疗的BPH患者随机分为观察组60例(人本主义护理模式+传统护理)与对照组(传统护理),观察两组术后抑郁状况、术后并发症及近期疗效,出院时比较两组患者护理满意度,随访3个月,比较两组自护能力与生活质量。结果干预后,观察组无抑郁率显著高于对照组,轻度抑郁率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组重度抑郁率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组、对照组术后并发症率分别为6.67%和26.67%(P<0.05);观察组术后恢复正常饮食时间、下床活动时间、出院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,两组自护技巧、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识及总得分均较术前显著提高(均P<0.05),且观察组干预后各项得分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人本主义在BPH患者电切术后具有良好的应用价值,可有效缓解患者抑郁情绪,降低术后并发症率、提高其近期治疗效果,同时提高患者自护能力、护理满意度及生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application of humanism in the nursing management of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)after electrocision.Methods A total of 120 BPH patients treated with electrosurgical resection from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(humanistic nursing mode combined with traditional nursing mode)and control group(traditional nursing mode),60 cases in each group.The postoperative depression,postoperative complications and short-term efficacy were observed in the two groups,and the patients'nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups at discharge.After 3 months of follow-up,the self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the non-depression rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the mild depression rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the severe depression rate(P>0.05).The complication rates after operation were 6.67%and 26.67%respectively in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of postoperative normal eating,ambulation time and hospital stay in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge and the total score in the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05),and all scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanism has a good application value in BPH patients after electrocision,and it can effectively relieve depression,reduce postoperative complications rate,and improve the short-term treatment effects,self-care ability,nursing satisfaction and quality of life,therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
