3种非常规粗饲料对宁乡花猪的营养价值评定 被引量:1

Nutritional value evaluation of three unconventional roughages for Ningxiang pigs

摘要 试验旨在比较猪对苎麻、构树与发酵构树营养成分的利用率,通过全收粪、回肠瘘管、Cr2O3指示剂法及套算法,采用4×4拉丁方设计,选择(30.00±1.78) kg的健康去势公猪(宁乡花猪) 6头,共进行4期试验,各期分别饲喂基础日粮、70%基础日粮+30%苎麻、70%基础日粮+30%构树、70%基础日粮+30%发酵构树,测定苎麻、构树和发酵构树的营养成分消化率。每期15 d,预试期10 d,正式试验期5 d。结果显示,构树的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)和总能(GE)含量显著高于发酵构树和苎麻(P<0.05);苎麻的酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、灰分(Ash)含量显著高于构树和发酵构树(P<0.05),发酵构树的粗纤维(CF)含量显著低于构树和苎麻(P<0.05);发酵构树DM、CP和GE全收粪表观消化率均显著高于苎麻与构树(P<0.05);构树DM、Ash和NDF的回肠末端表观消化率显著高于苎麻和发酵构树(P<0.05),苎麻CP回肠末端表观消化率显著高于发酵构树(P<0.05),发酵构树ADF的回肠末端表观消化率显著高于构树(P<0.05),苎麻和发酵构树CF的回肠末端表观消化率显著高于构树(P<0.05),发酵构树GE的回肠末端表观消化率显著高于苎麻和构树(P<0.05);构树DM的回肠末端真消化率显著高于苎麻(P<0.05),构树和发酵构树CP的回肠末端真消化率显著高于苎麻(P<0.05),发酵构树ADF和GE的回肠末端真消化率显著高于苎麻和构树(P<0.05)。研究表明,3种非常规粗饲料的营养成分含量及营养物质消化率均较高,其中发酵构树的消化率最高。 The experiment was to compare the nutrient utilization of Boehmeria nivea, Broussonetia papyrifera and fermented Broussonetia papyrifera by pigs. Total fecal collection, ileum fistula, Cr_(2)O_(3) indicator method and set algorithm were used in a 4×4 Latin square design, and six healthy castrated boars(Ningxiang pig) weighing(30.00±1.78) kg were selected for a total of four phases of trials. Each period was fed with a basic diet, 70% basic diet + 30% Boehmeria nivea,70% basic diet + 30% Broussonetia papyrifera, 70% basic diet + 30% fermented Broussonetia papyrifera, and the nutrient digestibility of Boehmeria nivea, Broussonetia papyrifera and fermented Broussonetia papyrifera was measured. Each period was 15 d, the pre-test period was 10 d, and the formal test period was 5 d. The results showed that the content of dry matter(DM), crude protein(CP) and gross energy(GE) in Broussonetia papyrifera were significantly higher than those in fermented Broussonetia papyrifera and Boehmeria nivea(P<0.05). The content of acid detergent fiber(ADF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and Ash in Boehmeria nivea were significantly higher than those in Broussonetia papyrifera and fermented Broussonetia papyrifera(P<0.05), while the crude fiber(CF) content in fermented Broussonetia papyrifera was significantly lower than that in Broussonetia papyrifera and Boehmeria nivea(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of DM, CP and GE in total manure collection of fermented Broussonetiapapyrifera was significantly higher than that of Boehmeria nivea and Broussonetiapapyrifera(P<0.05). DM, Ash and NDF apparent digestibility of ileum terminal of Broussonetiapapyrifera was significantly higher than that of Boehmeria nivea and fermented Broussonetia papyrifera(P<0.05). CP terminal ileum apparent digestibility of Boehmeria nivea was significantly higher than that of fermented Broussonetia papyrifera(P<0.05). The terminal ileum of fermented Broussonetia papyrifera ADF apparent digestibility was significantly higher than that of Broussonetia papyrifera(P<0.05), Boehmeria nivea and fermented Broussonetia papyrifera CF terminal ileum apparent digestibility was significantly higher than that of Broussonetia papyrifera(P<0.05), the apparent digestibility of terminal ileum of GE was significantly higher than that of Boehmeria nivea and Broussonetia papyrifera(P<0.05). The true digestibility of ileum terminal in DM of Broussonetia papyriferawas significantly higher than that in Boehmeria nivea(P<0.05). The true terminal ileum digestibility of CP in Broussonetia papyrifera and fermented Broussonetia papyrifera was significantly higher than that in Boehmeria nivea(P<0.05). The true terminal ileum digestibility of ADF and GE of fermented Broussonetia papyrifera was significantly higher than that of Boehmeria nivea and Broussonetia papyrifera(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the nutrient content and nutrient digestibility of the three kinds of unconventional roughages are higher, and the digestibility of fermentative papyrus is the highest.
