摘要 早期诊断和预后标志物的缺乏是导致结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)患者生存率低的主要原因。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)由于在CRC发生发展中发挥重要的作用,并且能在外周血中稳定存在,而被认为是具有潜在临床应用价值的生物标志物。 Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common malignant tumor worldwide.The lack of early diagnosis and prognostic markers are the main reasons for the low survival rate of CRC patients.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is considered a biomarker with potential clinical application due to its important role in the occurrence and development of CRC and its stable presence in peripheral blood.
