基于区域健康信息平台大数据的医疗管理实践

Health Management Practice Based on Big Data of Regional Health Information Platform

我国省、市、县三级的区域健康信息平台已在"十二五"(2011-2015)期间初具规模,但在其后十余年的建设发展中,平台上的医疗健康数据普遍存在"重建设轻应用,重业务轻治理,重数量轻质量"的现象。本文通过总结国内外区域健康信息平台的建设情况,分析嘉兴市人口健康信息平台大数据的应用现状,旨在为区域医疗管理者加强预防和诊治疾病、规划和建设医疗机构提供有效信息。

The regional health information platform at the provincial,municipal and county levels in China has begun to take shape during the"12 th Five Year Plan"(2011-2015).However,in the construction and development of the following ten years,the phenomenon of"valuing construction but despising application,valuing business but despising governance,and valuing quantity but despising quality"generally exists in the medical and healthcare data on the platform.This paper summarizes the construction of regional health information platform at home and abroad,analyzes the application status of big data in Jiaxing population health information platform,aiming to provide effective information for regional medical managers to strengthen the prevention and treatment of diseases,planning and construction of medical institutions.
