欣母沛联合缩宫素治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的效果

Effect of Hemabate Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Uterine Contraction Fatigue Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者采用欣母沛与缩宫素联合治疗的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2018年2月-2020年10月我院分娩后发生子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的76例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组予以缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合欣母沛治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、产后出血量、凝血功能指标(凝血酶原和凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组凝血酶原和凝血活酶时间均大于对照组,纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣母沛联合缩宫素治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血效果确切,可减少出血量,改善凝血功能,有效性及安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of hemabate combined with oxytocin in the treatment of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 76 patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage after delivery in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with hemabate on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,postpartum hemorrhage,coagulation function indexes(prothrombin and thrombin time,fibrinogen)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 76.32%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 h after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prothrombin time and thrombin time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the fibrinogen level was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemabate combined with oxytocin is effective in the treatment of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage,which can reduce the amount of bleeding,improve coagulation function,with application effectiveness and safety.
