摘要
为了明确数字量化混凝土配合比设计方法对机制砂混凝土性能的影响,使用数字量化混凝土配合比设计的方法(简称数字量化法)与JGJ 55—2011配合比设计方法(简称规范法)以及两种机制砂配制出的在C30与C50强度等级混凝土进行和易性、力学性能以及耐久性试验的对比。结果表明:使用数字量化方法设计的混凝土在和易性方面性能更好;在力学与耐久性方面使用规范方法设计的混凝土更优。
In order to define the number of quantitative design of concrete methods for sand mechanisms affecting the performance of concrete,it will use the quantitative design of concrete digital method(hereinafter referred to as digital quantitative method)and JGJ 55—2011 mixture ratio design method(hereinafter referred to as the specification method)and the mechanism of two kinds of different sand out in C30 and C50 strength grade two concrete workability,mechanical properties and durability test.The results show that the concrete designed with digital quantization method has better workability.Concrete designed with a normative approach to mechanics and durability is preferred.
