摘要
提出一种新的端面修补材料:调平胶,为钻芯法中混凝土芯样端面的补平提供一种新的参考材料。钻芯取样后,对芯样端面进行各种不同的处理方式:磨平机磨平、硫磺胶泥补平、调平胶补平,进行受压试验后,从芯样端面补平材料平整度、芯样抗压强度的离散性等方面进行研究分析,探究调平胶在芯样端面补平中的优势与不足。在平整度方面,磨平的平整度最差,硫磺补平的平整度最好,调平胶补平的平整度稍差。硫磺胶泥在补平芯样端面时,芯样试件抗压强度标准差最大,离散程度最大,而调平胶与磨平芯样端面的处理方式离散程度相当。调平胶在芯样端面上的补平效果比硫磺胶泥补平要稍微好一些,可以为规范中芯样端面补平材料提供参考。
To propose a new end surface repair material,leveling glue to provide a new reference material for concrete core surface in drilling core method.After drilling core sampling,different treatment methods of the core end surface,mill leveling,sulfur glue leveling,glue leveling,and analyze the material flatness and discreteness of the core pressure strength to explore the advantages and disadvantages of leveling glue in the core end surface.In the aspect of flatness,the worst,the best smoothness of sulfur leveling,and the flatness of leveling glue leveling is slightly worse.At the end surface of the core sample,the standard difference of compressive strength is the largest,and the same method is treated from the end surface.The leveling effect of the glue is slightly better than that of sulfur cement,which can provide reference for the specification of the core sample.
