摘要 采用基于抗坏血酸的沉淀法去除溶液中的氯离子,考察了各反应参数对氯离子去除效果的影响,并通过XRD和EDS对沉淀产物进行了分析。实验结果表明:在反应pH为3.6、n(五水硫酸铜)∶n(抗坏血酸)∶n(Cl)为3.0∶1∶2、反应温度为20 ℃、反应时间为20 min的最佳条件下,初始氯离子质量浓度为1 000~4 000 mg/L时均有较高的除氯效率,氯离子去除率最高可达96.6%;在上述最佳条件下处理实际电厂脱硫废水(初始氯离子质量浓度7 067 mg/L),氯离子去除率高达98.7%。表征结果显示,最佳条件下反应后的沉淀产物为氯化亚铜。 Chloride ions in solution was removed by the method of ascorbic acid-based precipitation.The effects of reaction parameters on the removal were studied,and the precipitated products were analyzed by XRD and EDS.The experimental results show that:Under the optimum conditions of pH 3.6,n(CuSO;·5H;O)∶n(ascorbic acid)∶n(Cl) being 3.0∶1∶2,reaction temperature 20 ℃ and reaction time 20 min,the chlorine removal efficiency is high when the initial mass concentration of chlorine ion is 1 000-4 000 mg/L,and the maximum removal rate of chloride ion is up to 96.6%;When the actual desulfurization wastewater (initial mass concentration of chloride ion is 7 067 mg/L) is treated under the above optimal conditions,the removal rate of chloride ion reaches 98.7%.The characterization results show that the precipitation product after reaction under the optimum conditions is cuprous chloride.
