固相萃取—离子色谱法测定多种水样中丙烯酸 被引量:4

摘要 建立了一种离子色谱法测定不同类型实际水样中丙烯酸的方法。考察了样品采集和保存、样品前处理及色谱条件对丙烯酸测定的影响。实验结果表明:用棕色塑料瓶采集含丙烯酸的实际水样可在-20 ℃冷冻条件下保存14 d;采用Na型、Ag型、Ba型和C;型固相萃取柱能够有效除去水样中干扰物质;利用AS11-HC型色谱柱,进样量为200 μL,在流量为1.0 mL/min的氢氧根梯度淋洗条件下测定丙烯酸,检出限为0.003 mg/L,标准曲线线性相关系数为0.999 6,平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.2%~5.6%,实际水样加标回收率为91.2%~108.0%。该方法检出限低、准确度高、操作简单、分析速度快,在水中丙烯酸分析标准的建立方面有良好的应用前景。 An ion chromatography method for determination of acrylic acid in different types of water samples was developed.The effects of sample collection and preservation,sample pretreatment and chromatographic conditions on determination of acrylic acid were investigated.The experimental results show that:The actual water samples containing acrylic acid can be stored in brown plastic bottles at-20 ℃ for 14 d;The interfering substances in water samples can be effectively removed on IC-Na,IC-Ag,IC-Ba and C;type solid phase extraction columns;When acrylic acid is determined on an AS11-HC column under the conditions of injection volume 200 μL and hydroxyl gradient leaching with 1.0 mL/min of flow,the detection limit is 0.003 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0.999 6,the relative standard deviation of the parallel determination results is 3.2%-5.6%,and the recoveries of the actual samples are 91.2%-108%.With the advantages of low detection limit,high accuracy,simple operation and fast analysis speed,this method has a great application prospect in establishment of water quality standard for acrylic acid analysis.
