一种基于国产化旋转变压器/直流电压转换器电路的设计

摘要 旋转变压器/直流电压转换器电路是将旋转变压器输出的四线制交流电压转换成二进制形式的数字量输出,16位并行输入精密D/A转换电路将二进制形式的数字信号转换成线性的直流电流输出,再通过I/V转换电路最终以电压信号输出。本文介绍了一种基于国产的16位的R/D转换器、国产的16位数模转换电路和电流转电压信号的转换电路的设计方法与工艺制作。R/D转换器将旋转变压器信号转换成16位二进制形式的数字量输出,D/A转换器可以在自身内部基准电压2.5V和内部电流源参考信号下接收16位的数字信号输入,转换成电流信号输出。电流信号通过I/V转换电路最终转换成电压信号输出,整个电路实现了R/D/I/V的转换功能。 The rotary transformer/dc converter circuit converts the four-wire ac voltage input of a rotary transformer into a digital output in binary form,and the 16-bit parallel input precision D/A converter circuit converts the digital signal in binary form into linear DC voltage out.This paper introduces the design method and fabrication of a digital-to-analog conversion circuit based on the home-made device of 16-bit R/D converter and home-made 16-bit digital-to-analog converter and The design method and process of the conversion circuit of current signal to voltage signal.The R/D converter converts the rotary transformer signal into a 16-bit binary digital output,D/A can receive 16-bit digital signal input under its own internal reference voltage of 2.5V and internal reference current reference signal and convert it into current signal output.The current signal is finally converted into the voltage signal output through the I/V conversion circuit,and the whole circuit realizes the R/D/I/V conversion function.
