摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人们对水果的新鲜度要求也越来越高,因而对水果新鲜度评价提出了更高要求,且水果新鲜度直接影响市场价格。高光谱成像技术通过采集连续光谱图像数据为每个像素提供一条完整而连续的光谱曲线,能对水果新鲜度进行快速无损检测,本文主要对高光谱成像技术对水果新鲜度检测的应用进行总结,同时分析该技术目前存在的问题,并对未来的应用前景做出展望,以期能对水果无损检测应用研究提供参考。
With the improvement of living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for the freshness of fruit,so they put forward higher requirements for the freshness evaluation of fruit,and the freshness of fruit directly affects the market price.Compose a specular like technology through continuous spectrum image data for each pixel to provide a complete and continuous spectrum curve,can of quick and nondestructive detection on fruits and vegetables fresh degree,this article mainly to compose a highlight as summed up the application of technology of fruit and vegetable freshness,at the same time,analysis the existing problems,the technology and application prospect of the future outlook,In order to provide reference for the application research of fruit and vegetable nondestructive testing.
