重载AGV高举升纸卷夹取装置门架设计研究

摘要 为对重载AGV门架进行结构设计与校核,运用CREO对重载AGV的门架进行参数化三维建模设计,并建立了门架的有限元模型,对门架的强度和刚度进行了仿真分析,结果表明,AGV门架满足设计要求;同时,对门架进行了约束条件下前6阶振动频率的模态分析,结果表明,门架不会与路面激励产生共振。 In order to design and check the structure of heavy-duty AGV gantry,the gantry of heavy-duty AGV is designed by CREO,and the finite element model of the frame is established.The strength and stiffness of the gantry are simulated.The results show that gantry of the AGV meets the design requirements.At the same time,the modal analysis of the first six order vibration frequencies of the gantry under the constraint condition is carried out.The results show that the gantry does not resonate with the road excitation.
