疮愈膏外敷促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床研究

Clinical Observation on the Effect of External Application of Chuangyu Ointment on Postoperative Wounds of Simple Perianal Abscess

目的:观察疮愈膏外敷对单纯肛周脓肿术后伤口愈合的临床效果。方法:纳入2020年1月—2020年10月河南中医药大学第三附属医院收治的肛周脓肿术后患者70例,随机均分为两组。观察组:术后用疮愈膏外敷换药,1次/d。对照组:用肛泰软膏换药,用法同观察组。比较两组细菌量、伤口愈合情况、不良反应情况、愈合时间和住院费用。结果:治疗5 d后,观察组的杀菌效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的伤口分泌物量、创缘红肿、肉芽新鲜度、创面面积、愈合时间和住院费用等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论:疮愈膏外敷能有效促进单纯肛周脓肿术后伤口的愈合,降低住院费用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of Chuangyu Ointment on wound healing after simple perianal abscess surgery.Methods Seventy postoperative patients with perianal abscess who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2020 were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group:Chuangyu cream(10g pearls,10g dragon's blood,20g radix rehmanniae,15g amber,15g frankincense,15g myrrh,a pair of hippocampus,10g catechu,8g borneol,8g borneol,sesame oil Formulation,mixed to make)topical dressing change,1 time/d.Control group:Vaseline gauze,the others are the same as the observation group.After 20 days of treatment,the amount of bacteria,wound healing,adverse reactions,healing time and hospitalization expenses in the two groups were compared.Results After 5 days of treatment,the bactericidal effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The wound secretion volume,wound margin swelling,granulation freshness,wound area,healing time and hospitalization costs in the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The external application of Chuangyu Ointment can effectively promote the healing of postoperative wounds of simple perianal abscess and reduce hospitalization costs.It is worthy of promotion.
