目前我国新型农业经营主体的培育工作正在稳步推进,国家已经从政策、资金、项目、技术、人力资源等方面进行了持续投入,并取得了阶段性的成果。但目前培育新型农业经营主体在融资、技术推广服务、社会保险服务、农地流转和人才遴选等方面还存在问题,为此本文从完善金融政策制度、构建功能完善的技术推广体系、完善社会保险服务体系、规范农地流转及培养和招募优秀农业服务人才等多个视角,来逐步推进新型农业经营主体的培育,加速我国农业产业的振兴发展。

At present,the cultivation of new agricultural business entities in China is progressing steadily,and the state has made continuous investment in policy,capital,project,technology,human resources and other aspects,and has achieved phased results.But the new agricultural management entities in financing,technology promotion services,social insurance services,farmland transfer and talent selection still have problems,so this paper from perfect financial policy system,build functional technology promotion system,perfect social insurance service system,and standardize farmland transfer and recruitment of excellent agricultural service talents,to gradually promote the cultivation of new agricultural management subjects,accelerate the revitalization and development of China's agricultural industry.
