Problems and Optimization Suggestions of China's Agricultural Products Price Support Policy

现阶段推进农产品价格支持政策改革是农业供给侧结构性改革重要组成部分。我国现行的以最低收购价、临时收储和目标价格为主的价格支持政策一定程度上保障了农民的经济利益,但也带来了国内外农产品价格倒挂、增加国家财政负担的不利影响。本文结合美国农产品目标价格支持政策的特点并联系实际,提出相关优化建议。

Promoting the reform of the agricultural product price support policy is an important part of the agricultural supply side structural reform.China's current price support policy,mainly with minimum purchase price,temporary purchase and storage and target price,guarantees the economic interests of farmers to some extent,but has also brought the adverse impact of inverted the price of agricultural products at home and abroad and increasing the national financial burden.This paper combines the characteristics of the target price support policy of American agricultural products and proposes relevant optimization suggestions.
