摘要
特色体育教育是建立体育优势和特色学校的重要内容,也是农村弱势学校改善办学水平,向优质学校过渡的重要思路。佛山南海西樵民乐小学原来是一间“待撤并”的农村薄弱学校,创建体育特色,走出了一条以“以体育人”为主要脉络的特色品牌学校创建之路。基于西樵民乐小学的优秀教育典范,提出体育特色助力农村薄弱学校内涵发展的实践路径:第一,重视特色体育宣传,重申农村学校“以体育人”价值;第二,营造浓厚的校园体育文化氛围,增进农村学校“以体育人”整体效度;第三,依托本土自然与人文资源,拓展农村学校“以体育人”体验维度;第四,增强特色体育课程体系建设,推进农村学校“以体育人”常态化发展;第五,创新学生评价体系,加强农村学校“以体育人”质量监测;第六,培育特色师资团队,夯实农村学校“以体育人”教学质量。
The characteristic physical education is an important content to establish the sports superiority and the characteristic school,is also the rural disadvantaged school to improve the level of running a school,the transition to the high quality school important thought.Foshan nanhai xiqiao folk music primary school was originally a"to be merged"rural weak school,to create a sports characteristics,out of a"sports people"as the main context of the characteristics of the brand school to create the road.Based on the excellent education model of Xiqiao Folk Music Primary School,this paper puts forward the practical path of sports characteristics helping the connotation development of rural weak schools.First,attach importance to the propaganda of sports characteristics and reiterate the value of"sports people"in rural schools.Second,create a strong campus sports culture atmosphere to enhance the overall validity of"sports people"in rural schools;Third,relying on local natural and cultural resources,expand the experience dimension of"sports people"in rural schools;Fourth,strengthen the construction of characteristic physical education curriculum system and promote the normal development of rural schools as"sports people";Fifth,innovate the student evaluation system and strengthen the quality monitoring of"sports people"in rural schools;Sixth,cultivate the characteristic teacher team,and consolidate the teaching quality of"sports person"in rural schools.
