我国自古以来就是农业大国,想要确保农村地区和谐发展,就必须要从土地资源入手,优化农村土地资源协调管理办法,对土地方面出现的纠纷进行妥善解决。本文就根据农村地区土地争议的实际情况,对农村土地纠纷法律解决机制问题进行研究,并在此基础上提出了健全当事人和解和调解解决机制、充分发挥司法救济的功能、建立宣传疏导机制、建立多层次调处机制等一系列有效应对策略。

China has been a large agricultural country since ancient times.In order to ensure the harmonious development of rural areas,we must start with land resources,optimize the coordinated management methods of rural land resources,and properly solve the land disputes.Based on the actual situation of land disputes in rural areas,this paper studies the legal settlement mechanism of rural land disputes,and puts forward a series of effective countermeasures,such as perfecting the parties'reconciliation and mediation settlement mechanism,giving full play to the function of judicial relief,establishing publicity and guidance mechanism,and establishing multi-level mediation mechanism.
