金刚藤胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of Jingangteng capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨金刚藤胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效。方法选取2019—2020年江西省赣州市立医院医疗集团赣江分院收治的盆腔炎性疾病患者60例为研究对象。利用计算机数字随机模型将患者分为对照组(n=30,予以左氧氟沙星治疗)和观察组(n=30,予以金刚藤胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗)。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后炎症指标〔包括超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)以及免疫球蛋白E(IgE)〕、临床症状(下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、白带异常、月经不调、腹痛加重)评分,不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后hs-CRP、IL-6、IgE低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、白带异常、月经不调、腹痛加重评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金刚藤胶囊联合左氧氟沙星可有效治疗盆腔炎性疾病,其能够有效减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Jingangteng capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases treated in Ganjiang Branch of Jiangxi Ganzhou Municipal Hospital Medical Group from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=30,treated with levofloxacin)and observation group(n=30,treated with Jingangteng capsule combined with levofloxacin)using a computer digital random model.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory indexes〔including high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)〕and the scores of clinical symptoms(lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral swelling pain,abnormal leucorrhea,irregular menstruation and aggravation of abdominal pain)before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP,IL-6 and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral swelling pain,abnormal leucorrhea,irregular menstruation and aggravation of abdominal pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingangteng capsule combined with levofloxacin have effectively effet in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.It can effectively reduce patients'inflammatory reaction;and improve clinical symptom,and has high safety.
