一起农牧区钻杆穿线“借火共零”窃电的高损台区治理典型案例 被引量:1

摘要 重损台区治理作为公司营销线损管理的重心工作贯穿始终,结合日常工作,异损台区整治思路总结为“先系统后现场,先关口后用户”十二字方针。其中,高损台区的管理线损因素除了采集和档案以外,最普遍的就是窃电高损因素。针对农牧区一起钻杆穿线“借火共零”窃电高损的分析治理典型案例。在采集系统中应用单户召测下“中性线电流”及“电压模块、电流模块”召测功能对台区下零度户、小电量户、动力户等疑似窃电用户开展全量透抄后,发现居民用户存在中性线、相线电流不平衡缺陷。本案例发生在牧区,但同类的城区用户单独挂接火线后加装“跟头闸”窃电的案例也时有发生,该类型窃电现场开展异损台区治理时借鉴文中实操分析思路开展核查将有效提高排查效率。 The management of heavy loss station area as the main important job of the company marketing line loss management is a long duty.With the daily work,the regulation idea of high loss area is summarized as the 12 character policy of"system first,then site;gateway first,then users".Among them,in addition to the collection and archives,the most common line loss factor in the management of high loss station area is the high loss factor of power theft.Atypical case of power stealing by drilling pole threading and borrowing live wire and sharing null line in agricultural and pastoral areas is analyzed and treated.In the acquisition system,the"zero line current"and"voltage module and current module"calling measurement functions under single household are applied to conduct full penetration of suspected power stealing users such as zero degree households,small power households and power households in the station area.It is found that residents have the defect of zero line current imbalance.This case occurred in pastoral areas,but similar urban users installed"heel gate"to steal electricity after connecting fire wires.When carrying out abnormal loss control in this type of power theft area,using the practical analysis ideas in the above for verification will effectively improve the investigation efficiency.
