随着整个电网系统实现了低压集抄和计量自动采集,电力营销工作重心向“计量核心”转变,管好“计量就是效益”,提升电力营销人员装表接电现场安装、计量运行维护、缺陷处理,是做好电力销售、电力服务的关键。本文通过对电力系统全域多用途智能培训平台的研究,对于提高电力系统基层员工开展各类技能自主培训操作具有极大的促进意义,文章就对此加以分析和论述。
