摘要
我国中医药事业发展起源比较早,中医药传承至今,在医学领域占据重要地位。就中医药的传承来看,能够发展至今,重要还是通过师承的模式传承下来,这种传承模式和西医的教育模式有很大不同,但是和现代医学教育也逐渐实现融合共存。随着现代中医药的教育逐渐走向标准化和规模化发展,市场对于中医药人才的需求不断增长,要求在中医药方面培养更多的专业人才,而一味地师承模式很难实现大规模的人才培养,所以,需要探索师承模式和现代教育模式的融合,促进重要人才规模化、高效化培养。对此,文章介绍“师承+院校”教育模式的基本内涵,分析中药人才培养现状和问题,探究“师承+院校”的中药人才培养对策。
The origin of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in China is relatively early,and the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine occupies an important position in the field of medicine.As far as the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine is concerned,the importance of the development of traditional Chinese medicine is still passed down through the mode of teacher inheritance,which is very different from the education mode of western medicine,but it has gradually realized the integration and coexistence with modern medical education.With the education of modern traditional Chinese medicine gradually moving towards standardization and large-scale development,the market demand for traditional Chinese medicine talents is increasing,which requires the training of more professionals in traditional Chinese medicine,but the blindly follow-up mode is very difficult to achieve large-scale personnel training.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the integration of teacher-following mode and modern education mode to promote the large-scale and efficient training of important talents.In view of this,this paper introduces the basic connotation of the education mode of teachers+colleges and universities,analyzes the current situation and problems of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training,and explores the countermeasures of traditional Chinese medicine talents training in teachers+colleges and universities.
